Simulant emerged through the mysterious and shortlived Scopex label, a hugely-coveted late 90s UK electro imprint whose releases by Simulant and Pollon became sought after by collectors. Scopex defined 90s electro at its tightest and mercurial best with a blend of razor-sharp production and concise, sci-fi vision rarely surpassed. In 2017, for their 300th release, Tresor Records presented the long-awaited re-edition of this essential sound.
