Bonito House Club | Tresor New Faces
Wed 08 August 2018 - 23:59

It’s been awhile since Evan Baggs last Tresor Club set, the born and bred New Yorker is Berlin-based, and has gained a reputation through his sheer passion, clever track selections and precise mixing. Through word of mouth – and years before his first releases – he has been invited to DJ for crowds all over the world from Brazil to China and many places in between. His DJ sets are as exciting and diverse as his hometown and have gained him compliments from many international DJ’s and producers, who recognize him as a legitimate up-and-coming talent. HardWorkSoftDrink member Max Vaahs helped founded the collective with friends in 2012 faithfully representing the Offenbach and Frankfurt am Main area. Max Vaahs is a somewhat elusive character at the spearhead of the Frankfurt collective. As a resident at the city’s famed Robert Johnson club, Vaahs has played alongside the biggest names in the scene, while sticking true to a stripped back punchy sound that characterises what he’s all about. Domenico Rosa is an Italian DJ and producer. In 2012, together with Riccardo, he founded his own label, signing the first EP. Imprints Records is currently considered one of the most interesting new labels in the “underground” scene and its releases have been favorited by DJs across world. London DJ Quest set up Cyberfunk with DJ Mutiny in 2002, a Nu-Skool Breaks, Drum and Bass and Garage label. DJ Quest is a name synonymous with all things breakbeat. Since first getting into the music in early 2000, Quest has been instrumental in shaping the heavier, more club-oriented style of breaks. Starting with his first label Pulse Recordings, he alongside like minded artists at the time such as Stanton Warriors, Blowfelt, Zinc and Deekline helped shape the sound to what it is known as today. Quest has collaborated with numerous dynamic artist and has had tracks and remixes on labels such as, Supercharged, Botchit, Against the Grain, Lot 49, Combat Wax, Functional and many many more. In Tresor: guest live artist outfit Private Press is a Warsaw-based duo created by Adam Brocki and Jan Wóycicki focused on producing high energy and dubbed out techno cuts. With releases on Technosoul, Indigo Aera and Rekids, we look forward to their terrific live set tonight. After a decade of incessant and persistent work-in clubs all over Spain, Victor M aka Pushmann has become one of Spain’s top DJs and producers whose influences have been hip-hop, funk, house, among other styles. Pushmann delivers techno for the mind body and soul and produces a Detroitesque sound with clear and strong influence of European sound, Berlin and Birmingham. As a DJ, this self-confessed lover of vinyl-and three deck performances- enjoys a refined technique after many years of selecting only the best techno, house and ghetto-techno- sessions defined as strong, energetic and vibrant. Now, in 2018, Pushmann is working on a new label N&N Records, and will release a new vinyl for Suspected Music this year with Kirk Degiorgio and Ben Long. One of our best dynamic techno residents Mareena will welcome these new faces as well as delivering a power set herself.
