Sebastian Mullaert aka Minilogue is probably most famous for his recent success with his albums Animals & Blomma on Cocoon Recordings. During the last years he’s been touring heavily around the globe both as a live performer with Minilogue and on his own and as a DJ under his own name. He have also been producing music under the name IMPS, Son Kite and Ooze. Together with Kontra Musik label owner Ulf Eriksson they are delivering back-to-back live performances to the world. Ulf was raised and still lives and works in the urban areas of the city, with a musical background in punk music; Sebastian was raised and still lives and bases his studio in the forests outside the city, with a musical background in classical and pop music. With diverse styles these two modern electronic music minds team for a mind-bending dancefloor project. Kenneth Christiansen has been DJing all over Europe the last decade, playing in top clubs in most capitals. The Danish artist runs the labels Echocord and Echocord Colour, and the Pattern Repeat project with Resoe, as well as booker/co-owner/manager of the club Culture Box in Copenhagen. Also on the decks is Uncage’s NMNMNR from Berlin. On the Tresor Floor: Philippe Petit is a Techno DJ and producer from Brussels, based in Chamonix, France after 15 years in London. He runs the vinyl label Knotweed Records and Decision Making Theory. He has a string of techno releases on his own labels, as well as on EartoGround, Space and Figure. Electric Indigo, DJ, musician and composer, has rocked clubs and festivals in 37 countries for more than 25 years. he started her DJ career in 1989 in Vienna and worked at the legendary Hard Wax record store in Berlin from 1993 to 1996. In 1998, she created female:pressure, an international database for female artists in the fields of electronic music and digital arts which got an Honorary Mention at Prix Ars Electronica 2009. In 2012, Electric Indigo received the ‘oustanding artist award’ in the category Computer Music and the national grant for composition 2013 from the Austrian Ministry for Arts and Culture. She makes music for concert spaces, clubs, sound installations and occasionally for stage plays and short films. In her compositions and live performances, she emphasizes the spatial-temporal placement of subtly elaborated sounds and structures, often generated from speech recordings. Despite being from Italy’s sun-blessed southern coast, Distant Echoes developed his passion for the darker side of electronic music at a very early age. Now Berlin-based, those who watched attentively might know the house and techno tracks this skillful producer has released under various monikers. In the studio Distant Echoes is a real workaholic, untiringly working on the music he’s so passionate about: techno filled with melancholic melodies, hypnotic patterns and strong grooves. Hardwax’s Mischa supplies a solid techno set to this excellent line-up.
