…Get Perlonized x Tresor
Fri 02 June 2017 - 23:59

Founded in 1997 in Frankfurt by Markus Nikolai and Thomas Franzmann aka ZIP, familiar with the dancefloors around the world and famous for his tremendous minimal shifts within the 4/4 scheme, Perlon is now based in Berlin. The techno/mircrohouse label is often recognized as one of the genre-defining labels in the world of minimalistic and experimental techno. The monthly club night “…Get Perlonized”, hosted and curated by Sammy Dee, is one of the most prestigious club events Europe-wide. It has a certain illuminating power up it’s sleeve, that can not be gained by promotional exuberance or by worshipping at the alter of capital return; but with musical consistency – keywords that encompass and define everything the Berlin born artist does. Sammy Dee is one half of the House project Pantytec who released their debut album “Pony Slaystation” in 2002 and toured around the world twice. Thanks to his splendid DJ skills he is resident in famous clubs such as E-Werk, Robert Johnson, Ostgut or Tresor. Audio Werner has produced many as unique as timeless records and released on Perlon and other prestigious labels. Audio Werner and friends created their own recordlabel – Hartchef Discos. Evolving a self-made recording of hundreds of crickets into a No.1 record was the first big leap into the world of house music production. Vera’s timeless music selection, a subtle mixing style and her authentic and elegant appearance behind the decks impressed clubbers and promoters all around the globe. Constantly evolving and picking up impulses, Vera follows her intuition rather then trends and she keeps surprising with unexpected sets, that have a humble, female touch. In Tresor downstairs: While insincerity remains the safety of many, Silent Servant’s own productions are brutally honest and resolute, rendering irrelevant those mongering for light. Deeply pensive and forward thinking, his sound is marked by a distinct blend of the disparate and divergent. An appreciation of warehouse techno, industrial noise and post-punk are evident, yet challenged and reworked to form a uniquely modern style – a vitality so controlled and concentrated that it captivates immediately. Ron Morelli is a producer currently running the L.I.E.S. (Long Island Electrical Systems) record label out of Brooklyn, NY. We welcome him back to the decks after his last set during last year’s Atonal Festival. Chloé Lula is a Berlin-based DJ who loves techno, industrial, new wave, EBM and every shade in between. She is the current label manager of the German label aufnahme + wiedergabe. These outstanding artists are supported by our exceptional resident Reka.
