Every Monday we involve different DJs, labels, residents, record shops to host a night with like-minded artists, BFFs and respected colleagues in Globus. The focus lies on vinyl DJing, buddy atmo and just flat-out good vibes. All in hyperfat sound, brought to you by Void Acoustics. Spin that mofo! Tonight in Globus it’s the return of Sid le Rock (aka Pan/Tone, Gringo Grinder). Having founded his first label Cereal/Killers in 2006, remixed for Depeche Mode and Placebo, and released the excellent album „Tout va bien” in 2010, he co-founded Beachcoma and continues to deliver a lengthy and awesome resumé. Canada’s Nathan Jonson aka Hrdvision (of Wagon Repair acclaim) injects his impressive love of experimental and diversity. Through his productions the outcome has been a consistently impressive and unendingly diverse sound, that distils a myriad of influences into irresistible and deeply different dancefloor moments. And the other Beachcoma co-founder Metope (who also co-founded the distinguished label Areal) completes this excellent line-up. In 2007 Metope began playing live as the Cereal Killers along with Areal label mate Ada, and friends Jake Fairley and Pan/Tone. His first full-length album, “Kobol” received critical acclaim for it’s dark and original take on what a techno LP should be. Clearly a night of outstanding talent – the continuing mark of Tresor Club.
