French duo Alan Mathias and Etienne Dauta mostly known as duo Arcarsenal have been slowly but firmly raising a sound and work ethos since a few years now. Their musical symbiosis has led to enthralling releases on Underground Quality and other respected labels, aside their own Bass Cadet Records imprint, sharing their love for the house and techno that inspires them, whilst maintaining their own delectable take on the cherished sounds, either deep or upbeat, but always on the soul key. With numerous excellent releases under their belt, the sound spectrum of Arcarsenal can be seen as a whole cosmology of its own. From dubby and ambient essays, spiritual house groovers and dark pounding tribal techno, their sound always shines with a special mark of dance-floor psychedelia. Cited by Kompakt boss Michael Mayer as “The hottest thing in the 4/4 business right now”, 2018 was a busy year for the mysterious Venetian producer/DJ Fango. Among a handful of dancefloor knockouts, last year his latest trilogy series, Urano, which featured the dance-floor banger “Sikhote” all received premieres from Resident Advisor, whilst his full-length LP “GEA” received widespread critical acclaim. Fango is a virtuous perfectionist obsessed with mixing bass-drums, recording percussions and sampling drummers. It doesn’t matter if it’s a drum machine or a gong from an orchestra, he will make it sound right. Nahim Bendjilali alias Nems-B, is the right artist we have been looking for from the South of France. Today, Nahim is one of the executive managers of the collective, which expresses a specific taste for label ESHU’s music. Eager for new experiences, Nahim then created Deepness Road, a collective whose concept is to book artists for their music and the message they spread rather than for their charisma and fame. In 2015 Nems-B started a residency at the radio station C.C.R. He also plans to launch his own label very soon.  It’s for his music selection, his accurate DJ skills with 15 years background, and his positive values, that Nahim was one of the first names which came-up when creating LLN’s roster. Playing all over the country in the best known venues and behind the decks with some of the most famous international artists, we welcome Nems-B to the HoW decks.
