Co-founder of the now iconic Spanish label PoleGroup, Juan Rico aka Reeko last graced our decks this past December, celebrating the release of his mix for the label “Unknown Landscapes Vol.4”. Reeko has released numerous superb tracks on other labels like his own Mental Disorder and Evidence imprints, has remixed for Oscar Mulero and Exium, and he is exactly the Iberian techno wizard needed to get the dancefloor sweat into the long night’s pulse. Labelmate Kwartz is a DJ and producer from Madrid who started his career in the world of techno in 2011, when he started creating his first characteristic productions: hypnotic, dark and enveloping. That same year Kwartz published his first EP with Main Concept and, since then, a multitude of his works have been released by labels such as Shapeless Records, Sonntag Morgen or ATT Series, amongst others, culminating in his joining the PoleGroup family of artists. Supporting these two Iberian greats are two of our very best Tresor residents, Mischa and Reka. Up in Globus: returning artist Joey Anderson is a New York DJ whose debut album “After Forever” on Deckmantel was released in 2014, a sumptuous 11-track house work of love. His earlier quirky, off-beat and wildly mesmerising tracks released on his own Inimeg Recordings have given Joey undergound attention by international critics and clubbers alike. UK artist Jayson Wynters is a DJ that is able to combine many genres in one set and make it work. Firmly establishing himself in the Birmingham groove and house scene, he found himself collaborating with Mr G on his Phoenix G. label. Jayson continues to fuel his passion by keeping an eye on the future rather than the past and striving to remain different. Jamie Russell aka Cedric Maison, is label head at UK club institution ‘Hypercolour’ which is now considered one of the most important record labels of our modern day, pushing interesting, forward-thinking strains of House & Techno. Cedric Maison’s sets are hypnotic, groove based house with hints of techno which captivate as much as they motivate dancefloors. We also give a warm welcome to frequent guest DJ Sarah Miles, co-founder & chief, DJ & live host at Berlin Community Radio, who plays in numerous Berlin underground locations and whose sets surprise and delight with their spectrum of sophistication in dance club mixing.
