Blake Baxter has been an integral member of the Tresor family since the inception of the club and label, and his sets in both Globus and Tresor, as well as his infamous recordings, are essential to the foundation of our home. From the olymp of Detroit’s techno founders, his nickname “Prince Of Techno” may be correct but his talents reach further edges of the genre, as exemplified on his many releases over the years, including on our house label. Blake Baxter can turn out a hot tech-house set and tonight will be no exception. A warm welcome back for Kelli Hand aka K-Hand to the decks, she stands alongside Detroit’s elite, the sort of DJ that has devoted more than two decades to working crowds into techno dance frenzy. Whether it is a lengthy set at Movement Detroit Music Festival, or a headlining gig at a high-profile, Hand knows how to read a crowd and seduce it, one track after another, until she has it at her mercy, and the dance floor dances. K-Hand is also known as the brains and boss behind the long-running Acacia Records Label, one of the city’s most prolific labels throughout the ‘90s into the ‘00s, and to date. Not to mention her legendary album on Tresor Records “Detroit-History Part 1” in 2001. One of best and talented club residents Magda El Bayoumi adds excellent support. Downstairs in Tresor: Joel Mull is a techno DJ and producer from Sweden who has released on labels such as Drumcode, Truesoul, Audiomatique, Saved, Cocoon, Kanzleramt and Music Man, and is a master of making music with an ability to balance sounds from across the spectrum with heavy-duty rhythms, chords, and melody. Joel Mull is a dynamic and interactive DJ who blends rolling basslines, harmonic synths, and energetic percussion to craft an infectious and atmospheric sound. Nihad Tule is a DJ and producer born in Mostar, Bosnia-Hercegovina, now based in Stockholm, Sweden. Head of techno label Sloboda, Nihad also releases/released on labels souch as Random Island and Drumcode LTD, and is one half of the live act and production duo NTTA11. Patrik Skoog is also known by his moniker Agaric, exploring the deeper realms of techno and house, notably with productions on his well-received label/project named “We Are”. A technical DJ with great sense for momentum and track selection, Patrik Skoog performs a deeper variety of tracks with a passionate flourish. Affiliated with an astonishing list of top international labels, his 2013 debut album under his own name “Exit Earth” was critically praised all around. Swedish DJ, producer and radio profile Sandra Mosh began DJing in 2008. She met a wider audience in 2011 when she got her own DJ show at Swedish national radio and suddenly reached out nationwide every Friday night. She’s been producing music since 2013 and started out by doing remixes for prominent Swedish artists like Gnucci and Kissey. In 2014 she started her own label MOSH Musik where she released her first solo EP Skallgång, a release that was picked up by influential sites like PSL and Discobelle.
