Boris Bunnik is Conforce, a restless producer from Terschelling, Holland, who is forever keen to search out new techniques, tools and sounds for the various musical projects in which he is involved. One of these is Versalife, his moniker for advanced and futuristic electro. Under his many aliases he continually flirting with a range of genres like dub, techno and house on numerous EP’s and LP’s, Conforce also operates in sonic territory that has no easily identifiable name on labels like Rush Hour, Clone, Frustrated Funk or Delsin (where he released his June 2015 deep & dubby “Presentism” full-length), and his own experimental electronic label Transcendent. Artefakt is a collaboration between Dutch producers Robin Koek and Nick Lapien that share a love for melancholic, hypnotic voodoo music. They found a home for their sound at Field Records and released material on the München-based Prologue label. Returning guest artist Kenneth Christiansen has been DJing all over Europe the last decade, playing in top clubs in most capitals. Apart from running the labels Echocord and Echocord Colour, and the Pattern Repeat project with Resoe, he is also booker/co-owner/manager of the club Culture Box in Copenhagen. On the Tresor Floor: Guy Brewer is Shifted, a UK producer, co-founder of the Avian label and formally part of drum n bass duo Commix. Berlin-based, fans had an exceptional experience of his Techno/Industrial/Experimental artistry during the 2015 and 2017 Atonal Festivals. Anastasia Kristensen is an uncompromising force of nature that shifts sounds and tempos at a moment’s notice – providing a whirlwind of emboldened intensity that can be felt equally through her productions and DJ sets. Kristensen starts with tone as the foundation; she weaves a web that incorporates barreling breaks, blistering techno and buoyant electro in scintillating fashion – inviting listeners to be curious about which strand she’ll weave with each passing track she plays. Frédéric Destres is Renart, a music producer and DJ from Paris, with releases on Dawn, Fragrant Harbour and Cracki, on which he contributed the track “Musette Pénitence “ to their VA “Mémoires d’Elephant #02” in 2016.
