Octave One has been essential to DJ playlists for over two decades. The prolific band of five brothers has produced classic dance floor anthems that continue to resonate as fresh, groundbreaking tracks. In 2015, Octave One released their monumental seventh full-length album Burn it Down on 430 West Records. Core unit members Lenny and Lawrence Burden tour the world with their live performance that continues to thrill fans. The Burdens have also released music under the band name Random Noise Generation, including a 2006 full length DVD/CD project by Octave One featuring Random Noise Generation Off The Grid, released in cooperation with Tresor Records. We are excited to have our good friends back in our home – don’t miss this experience! Just about a year after their last appearance in our home, we welcome back Italians Salvatore Iannotta & Giuseppe Salone aka Subradeon: after sponsoring various events in their home country, they moved to Berlin in 2013. February 2016 marked their official debut with the release of their first digital release, “South Connection” on Detroit’s Motech Records. The result is Subradeon’s sound that recalls Detroit Techno, but at the same time also emphasizes the new European sounds. One thing is clear, from the first listen one can appreciate their innovative ability, their creativity in mixing their styles, honouring the pure techno sound with the soul of Motown combined with elements that range from hip hop to jazz, from funk to soul. 2018, the year of Subradeon Records. “God Bless” EP is the first release including a remix from the well-known collective Scan 7. The addition of our excellent Tresor Club resident HGR makes this a very special techno night indeed… Downstairs in Tresor: Taking cues from 90s era leftfield electronics, warehouse techno, the pioneers of early lab recordings and minimal film scores, Cosmin TRG has created his own brand of modern, textural sonics in a contemporary context. His flair for abstract, low-end drum section methodology and a natural propensity for sculpting arresting soundscapes out of contrasting aural signifiers have earned him a solid reputation with audiences, peers and critics worldwide. Touring internationally, Cosmin TRG’s relentlessly hypnotic and seductive approach of the House and Techno canon has landed him regular slots on platforms like Boiler Room and podcasts for Resident Advisor, XLR8R, Fact Mag or CLR among others. Japanese DJ Yousuke Yukimatsu began his turntable life in 2008. In 2014 DJ Nobu offered him a slot at Future Terror which was a huge step. In 2015, among a handful of creative gigs, he played with Cut Hands, members of PAN and Adam X every weekend. And in 2016 Yukimatsu  started his own party called “Zone Unknown”, inviting top notch DJs his events. Returning artist Len Ander Som is a Rotterdam-based underground dance music DJ, recording music since 2012 under his alias Lenson, and responsible for Paling Trax since 2015. Playing a broad mixture of Chicago House and Detroit Techno with lots of raw acid 90’s cuts and adding EBM, Wave, Electro and Industrial excursions, his vision definitely doesn’t have a linear perspective in his DJ sets. As a vinyl purist, gear scientist and general purveyor of all forms of hardware, Lenson is ready to shake some dancefloors all over, watch out.
