Boris Bunnik is Conforce, a restless producer from Terschelling, Holland, who is forever keen to search out new techniques, tools and sounds for the various musical projects in which he is involved. Continually flirting with a range of genres like dub, techno and house on numerous EP’s and LP’s, Conforce also operates in sonic territory that has no easily identifiable name on labels like Rush Hour, Clone, Frustrated Funk or Delsin (where he released his June 2015 deep & dubby “Presentism” full-length), and his own experimental electronic label Transcendent. Kenneth Christiansen has been Djing all over Europe the last decade, playing in top clubs in most capitals. The Danish artist runs the labels Echocord and Echocord Colour, and the Pattern Repeat project with Resoe, as well as booker/co-owner/manager of the club Culture Box in Copenhagen. And Resoe himself aka Dennis Uprock aka Krew is also on the decks: a DJ and producer with more than 25 years of experience, Resoe focuses on styles like Dub Techno, Techno, Dubstep, Deep House and abstract soundscapes. Already for some time no newcomer anymore, Berliner Refracted has released some of his dub-techno on labels such as Connwax and Silent Season. Deep rhythms and atmospheric elements have always played a major role in Refracted‘s music. Be it through hypnotic grooves or mesmerizing soundscapes, the journey is always assured. On the Tresor Floor: Spanish chameleon Manuel Anós aka Psyk aka Maan, is the creator and programmer of “Non”, established in 2001, the dance imperative incarnation for high-end tool techno. Raw analogous sounds for the underground with no regret. His sets in the best clubs and festivals all over the world are celebrated, and his compositions are with utmost care, adding somber power and energy through subtle touches, a process which has made him the subject of constant praise from illustrious artistic figures. Tonight Psyk celebrates his upcoming “Works” EP on Tresor Records (Tresor.282), due out mid-November. We welcome the return of Takaaki Itoh, Japanese techno producer, DJ and promoter who founded the acclaimed Wols label and endears his fan base with his ever-powerful, driving techno sets with a very modern approach. UK producer and DJ Pris launched his label Resin in 2013 with the release of “Unbeknown To Us” 4-track. The elusive artist describes his label “naturalistic yet industrial soundscapes mixed with melodic and driving club-focused productions”. Welcome to the basement Pris. Returning to the Tresor decks is Spanish DJ Artik, now Berlin-based and whose unsettling ambience and hammering percussion break up the rhythms that define Artik as a young artist to watch.
