Returning artist Kuba Sojka aka Psi-acoustic is the Polish music producer, musician and live performer from Myslowice. Since 2007 he has released experimental and dance music on labels such as Telescope, Enypnion and ROHS! Records, and a successful cooperation with Matrix Records from Detroit. Whether under the pseudonym Psi-acoustic or his real name Kuba Sojka, his genre reach is wide: ambient, IDM, downtempo, dub techno, tech-house, minimal, house, Detroit techno, deep house. A young DJ to watch. Hailing from Chicagoland, Hakim Murphy has consistently dropped silents bombs with releases and mixtapes. Music has touched Hakim Murphy in a way that made him fall in love with its rhythms, harmonies, and melodies. Synapsis Records and Machining Dreams record labels are born and are currently releasing music by, for, and from the underground. Then after learning the craft, collaborations were born as Murphy is part of Innerspace Halflife, Pegasus Heat, Resonating, Hardware Hustlerz, Slowmotion, and Dream Scoring. Iron Curtis’ pieces originate in a place simultaneously tuned to the sounds of Detroit, Chicago and Hamburg. One half of the well acclaimed Achterbahn D’Amour outfit, he intertwines Deep-House with soulful Techno in a disturbingly enchanting manner, his sound moves in the equilibrium of reduced, but never minimal. Flashes of kitsch brighten the dark universe of Iron Curtis, but fail to interfere with the melancholy subtext. He is currently living in Berlin and releasing for Mirau, Retreat, Mule Electronic, Smallville to name a few. Frequent guest Schoppen Wittes adds rock solid support. On the Tresor Floor: Peter Sliwinski aka Echoplex is a long-time composer, producer, sound designer, label owner and DJ. Peter is responsible for significant, vast appearances on labels spanning the world. Moving through Canada and Italy, he returned to Poland in 1998, met Damon Wild, and joined Synewave Records. Released singles, remixes under Echoplex, and formed a project with Damon Wild – Niteworks. In the meantime, he started Soleil Records and took on worldwide tours, while a new label is in the works. As founder, owner, and the driving force behind Sonic Mind records, D-Knox is an integral member of the Kalamazoo techno scene. His passion for funk-laden hard hitting techno is apparent in his many releases since his entrance into the electronic music scene. D. Knox has gathered a following for his music both overseas and in the United States. Ryan James Ford is based in Berlin, having recently released on Marcel Dettman Recordings where he released his solo debut in 2015, spinning self-described “Balearic Techno” and calling Calgary, Canada his hometown. Predominantly a techno DJ and producer, Ryan‘s sets and productions are rich with Calgary inspiration, where he had interests not only in electronic music but also in hip hop, reggae, punk, experimental, and even metal. Music is the lifeblood of electronic music chameleon Dan Curtin. From his beginnings in early 1990s Cleveland, Ohio to current day Berlin, Germany, the pioneering DJ and producer continues to defy conventions and push boundaries as an integral member of the Mobilee records crew. Dan Curtin’s impressive discography dates back to 1992, with his first releases for Detroit’s 33RPM Records and Belgium’s Buzz Records. He soon inked his own production hub, Metamorphic Recordings, which remains actively committed to quality techno and electronica to this day.
