Tresor meets Finale Sessions
Fri 28 October 2016 - 23:59

Finale Sessions is a label out of Orlando, Florida and counts among its producers the likes of Fred.P, Patrice Scott, Kai Alce, Keith Worthy, Luke Hess and appearing tonight owner Michael Zucker, also producer and AR and partner at Balance Alliance with Chez Damier who joins the groove tonight. With Final Sessions dates in the top venues of Europe this fall, we welcome the sound to the Globus Floor after last fall’s triumphant night in Tresor Club. In the early 90s, Michael Zucker began his DJ career in Orlando, under the influence of the radio program Underground House Show. He quickly joined the team and then receives the biggest names in house music from Detroit and Chicago, as Carl Craig and DJ Sneak. In clan-like fashion the Finale Sessions unit has been churning out contemporary deep future soul updates in the USA since 2010. This has often been phenomenally successful as in the case of label chief Michael Zucker‘s release of Fred P’s “Emotive Vibrations”, one of the biggest deep house tracks of our time and a plus for the label. Anthony Pearson is Chez Damier, former of the Prescription label, also was the A&R man and studio manager for KMS as well as having worked in A&R for French label Distance. The Chicago house doyen enhances every dancefloor with his style of delicious croons, warm basslines, piercing synths and a huge chunk of soul. Magda El Bayoumi is our resident choice to best support these two guest artists. In the basement Tresor Floor: tonight is quite a hard decision to make as to where to set your feet, with two of techno music’s most celebrated mavericks and innovators sharing the decks! The history of Adam X dates back to 1990 in New York City, where he teamed up with his brother Frankie Bones in running the first all-techno record shop in America ‘Groove Records (later named ‘Sonic Groove Records’)’ with DJ Heather Heart joining ownership shortly after. Throughout the 90s and into the first half of the millennium, the Sonic Groove retail outlet was one of the top techno record retailers for DJs & vinyl collectors across the world. Known in contemporary times globally for his pioneering working in crossing the parallel of techno and industrial music, Adam X is also behind the production of the well known deep sci-fi techno project “Traversable Wormhole” on CLR. Electric Indigo, DJ, musician and composer, has rocked clubs and festivals in 37 countries for more than 25 years. he started her DJ career in 1989 in Vienna and worked at the legendary Hard Wax record store in Berlin from 1993 to 1996. In 1998, she created female:pressure, an international database for female artists in the fields of electronic music and digital arts which got an Honorary Mention at Prix Ars Electronica 2009. In 2012, Electric Indigo received the ‘oustanding artist award’ in the category Computer Music and the national grant for composition 2013 from the Austrian Ministry for Arts and Culture. She makes music for concert spaces, clubs, sound installations and occasionally for stage plays and short films. Aleja Sanchez is a Colombian DJ and producer, who has shared decks not only in her natal Bogota with some international names including Ricardo Garduno, Inside Out, Drumcell and Troy Pierce among others, but has been invited to play in some of the most important cities all over Colombia because her quality skills to perform cutting-edge techno music. As producer, Aleja Sanchez has signed her own productions to some well known labels. Tresor resident REKA provides pumped up support.
