Amsterdam-based label Indigo Aera is run by Maarten Mittendorff and Jasper Wolff. Besides releasing new music, the dutch label is also know for it’s commitment to release (reissued) tracks from the vault. The label relies on soul-searching techno that champions all the original principles of the genre and therefore stands the test of time. Those principles focus on melody and adventure as much as intensity and dance-ability, one eye on the future but always guided by emotion, with Tresor-connected artists like Jonas Kopp, Pacou, Vince Watson und Kirk Degiorgio among their roster. Both Mittendorff and Wolff will share the decks tonight, promising a good dancefloor look into their unique sound. Ashley Burchett aka Ø [Phase] is a South West London-based electronic music producer, DJ, mastering engineer and on/off artwork designer. His style ranges from gritty Minimal Techno to Detroit influenced material is best known by his work on Token Records. With a busy international touring schedule, his music progressively earned more and more worldwide recognition – significantly on 2012′s much acclaimed “Binary Opposition” single and subsequently on his 2013 debut LP ‘Frames of Reference’. Don Williams is the founder and owner of Mojuba & A.R.T.less Records and one half of the Tokomak Records company. He is the creative force behind these imprints and Tokomak’s main founding member. His musical influences ranges from Classic, Funk and Jazz via Drum & Bass and Trip Hop to his beloved Detroit Techno and US House, which can be still enjoyed throughout his DJ-Sets. Tresor resident Mischa rewards this line-up with his techno talent. In Globus: Cyspe is a Dutch artist whose dynamic sonic sculptures are sounds produced by the machines of the future, for inhabitants of a cloud society. Cyspe paints electronic, deep atmospheres inspired by nature, cybernetics and architecture. Enveloping the listener in a fabric of sound that emerges out of spatial synthesized geometries, dense field recordings and organic resonance. Evigt Mörker is a DJ an same-named label, with 3 EPs in the last 3 years, as well as collaborating on Semantica, Northern Electronics and PoleGroup radio. Doka is a name on the on rise. His uncompromising, relentless productions has already seen release on Wolfksuil and Android Muziq and he a regular on the Dutch techno circuit. Doka also runs Amsterdam-based label Konstrukt with SHLTR. He released work from Cassegrain, Sendai, Artefakt and Evigt Mörker, to name a few. He himself is no stranger to high profile gigs having done his thing all over Europe at taste making clubs and festivals like Awakenings, Tresor, Hyte, VOLLT and Amsterdam Open Air. Dub techno is the first love of SHLTR and his own production style also touches on ambient and electronica. Together with Doka the pair form an impressive partnership, melding their sounds and styles in perfect harmony to create two stunning original tracks on 2013’s Skarn EP, and the latest Kontrukt 004 last November. Our terrrific resident Esther Duijn compliments this outstanding line-up.
