From the Netherlands, Robbert van der Bildt aka Kaap is best known as the label boss of tape cassette label YIELD, releases on Indigo Aera’s offshooot ÆX, as well as label and live act Working Titles with Scott Franka. For their label Franka and Kaap improvise, jam and record to press these takes only on vinyl. The idea is to capture the real, raw and authentic improvised moments as soon as possible after they happen, hence the name Working Titles. Paweł Ławniczak and Michał Aleksiewicz aka The Effaith are a Polish techno duo, part of Module crew and formed at the beginning of 2013. Their sets are stories told to hypnotize the crowd. Their productions are always different and at the start, always made from scratch, improvised, which is also their choice on the stage. The Effaith always connect with the crowd to make the show the biggest pleasure for both sides, to make a common trip through their vision of sounds. Welcoming and hosting these new faces is Tresor resident Esther Duijn, whose sound is characterised by the deep and solid side of techno and house music. Growing up in The Netherlands shaped Esther’s music as she absorbed the rich Dutch scene of the time. Having released on labels like Fred P’s Soul People Music, German Housewax and Portuguese Exquisite Music, solo and also with her long-time production partner Steady Douglas as “Duijn & Douglas”, Duijn has shown her skill as a producer and a DJ, with over 20 (vinyl) releases under her belt.
