Perc Trax vs Pole Group nights are always a highlight on the Tresor calendar. PoleGroup is a record label, booking agency & label management, started in 2004 by Oscar Mulero with its flagship in his home country of Spain. Perc Trax is a London label run by Perc, releasing deep tech house to driving techno. Both of these cutting-edge imprints are no strangers to the Tresor and Globus decks and tonight they’ve assembled once again some excellent envoys for the party. Spanish Pole Group artist Reeko has released numerous superb tracks on other labels like Mental Disorder and Evidence, has remixed for Oscar Mulero and Exium, and he is exactly the Iberian techno wizard needed to get the dancefloor sweat into the long night’s pulse. The last time Christian Wünsch was in our home was for the outstanding Pole Group night celebrating the release of his album DJ mix “Unknown Landscapes Vol. II”. The Iberian artist returns tonight for a powerful DJ set and we welcome him back. Inspired by a raw and urban UK techno lineage, Ansome‘s drums are heavyweight, his percussion fierce and his synths full blooded. All in all that makes for music that grabs your attention and drags you along for an enthralling ride. Littered with his own field recordings, it can be variously eerie or boisterous. Ansome also keeps busy by running his own label South London Analogue Material. P.E.A.R.L.‘s sets are characterized by broken rhythms and deep sounds, showing industrial influences. A former member of the group “Agony Forces”, that performed at the most important clubs and festivals in Spain, his restless and innovative nature often leads him to look for the sounds far beyond the dance club, bringing him closer to the other fields of electronic and experimental music. Greener was founded in January 2008 by Argentine Andrés Zacco, a platform for his vision about techno music. The label was created for the purpose of inserting new projects within this constantly growing scene, gathering artists who share the same purpose. With international gigs garnering him growing respect, Andrés Zacco‘s discs combine vanguards sounds influenced by other sounds coming from Detroit and Chicago. His sets are composed by techno, dub, clicks, electro and house styles. Franco Cinelli is one of the most well known techno DJ/producers in Argentina. His DJ sets are an harmonic blend between different styles rounded by a flawless mixing technique. Also his becoming one of the most requested producers in the ‘minimal world’ having a lot of EPs, remixes and tracks in his discography, the main highlight being his album for Alphahouse Records. In the world of Airdrop Records co-founder Paulo, where DJing and restless label work all morph into one, everything is much more than what it seems. Franco Cinelli introduced him to Alejandro Mosso and Andres Zacco. The latter, in turn, also presented him to Leonel Castillo. Their steady output of sheer quality productions was just on the brink of being internationally recognized – it was down to Airdrop to provide a stable platform to showcase this new wave of producers. In 2010, Aux-Rec saw the break of the day – Airdrop’s vinyl-only imprint for bootleg and edit works, responsible for Soul Clap’s officialized Bakerman edit.
