Since his early youth Berlin-born Mørbeck was involved in the club scene of the German capital. Inspired by 90s Hip Hop and Techno he set up his first studio in 2002 and began producing music of both genres. After working on several projects during the following years he eventually had his first releases on Berlin based label Vault Series in 2010 which gained widespread recognition. In 2013 he founded his own imprint Code Is Law as a platform for his own music and for artists who shared his vision and passion for Techno. The Mørbeck style: typical rough, groovy, melodic and constantly evolving Techno as you can hear on his most recent release – the highly acclaimed double EP “T.R.I.P.S.“. Felix K is a DJ and producer from Berlin; the visionary behind the labels 0000, Hidden Hawaii, Gilga, QNS, SUB and Solaris Series. His DJ carreer goes all the way back to 1997, when he started as a Drum ‘n’ Bass DJ. 2007 turned out to be the year he stopped collecting Drum ‘n’ Bass records in favor of Techno and Electronica. Although you can certainly recognize an imense intertext of inspirations that spans from music and movies to art and architecture, Felix K‘s production output is hard to pinpoint to any specific musical genre. When listening to his music, it’s hard not to appreciate the way he filters his inspirational input into unique moody and dubby music. Tresor resident Mario Berger creates solid support tonight. In Globus: Marc Leclair aka Akufen has come a long way in the six years since the release of his now-classic debut album, My Way (Force Inc. 2002). In that time he’s garnered a reputation as one of the planet’s most in-demand DJ’s – not to mention one of the scene’s most talented – delivering prime-time sets to exuberant crowds all over the world. Aside from his own label, Musique Risquée, his micro-sampling aesthetic, experimental and technological approach to dance music has found fans at international venues. Luc Ringeisen is a Berlin based DJ/producer and owner of the label Vinyl Club Recordings, to discover some of the best underground music producers of the moment and to elaborate his very own musical production style powered by a wish to experiment new ways of approaching dance music. Relocating to Berlin, Luc Ringeisen has moved his way through the underground scene and in 2013, he founded the VCR-AGENCY, a Berlin based booking and artist managment agency for his crew, that led him to open residencies in Europe and South America. Also on the Globus decks is Victor Levante of New York’s Supple Joints.
