Pflichtpraktikum Event Operations (m/w/d)
Tresor & OHM | Berlin

Tresor und OHM vergeben regelmäßig einen sechsmonatigen Pflichtpraktikumsplatz (32 Std./Woche) zur Unterstützung unseres Produktion-Teams.

Das Praktikum ist ausschließlich im Rahmen eines verpflichtenden Studienpraktikums möglich.
Der nächste Start ist ab 16. Februar (oder nach Absprache).

Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung des Tresor/OHM-Teams bei wöchentlicher und monatlicher Planung
- Advancing und Eventvorbereitung
- Upload und Pflege von Veranstaltungen auf Online-Plattformen
- Verarbeitung von WHT-Zertifikaten
- Erstellung von Itineraries
- Vorbereitung und Prüfung von Verträgen
- Unterstützung bei der Online-Playlist-Kuration

Dein Profil
- Pflichtpraktikum im Rahmen eines Studiums
- Wohnsitz in Berlin
- Starkes Interesse an elektronischer Musik und Clubkultur
- Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und gutes Zeitmanagement
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft Suite, sowie Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Erfahrung mit SoundCloud, Bandcamp, Social Media und einfacher Musiksoftware

Internship – Event Operations
Tresor & OHM | Berlin

Tresor and OHM offer a six-month mandatory internship (32 hours/week) to support our event operations team.

This position is only available as a compulsory internship within a university degree program.
The next start date is February 16 (later start possible by arrangement).

Tasks
- Support with weekly and monthly planning
- Advancing and event preparation
- Uploading and maintaining events on online platforms
- Processing WHT certificates
- Creating weekly itineraries
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Supporting online playlist curation

Requirements
- Mandatory internship as part of your studies
- Based in Berlin
- Strong interest in electronic music and club culture
- Independent working style with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Very good spoken and written German & English
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Experience with SoundCloud, Bandcamp, social media platforms, and basic music software
